MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementing new projects together with OPTIMAP/OPTIPRO/OPTICHANGE team
• Organising and coordinating engineering changes related to painting process in the plant
• Preparation of FMEA/Flow chart in painting process according to internal procedures together with project and plant team
• Organising and supervising equipment and process tests as requested
• Updating documentation for new products/processes and providing training in this area
• Proposing, testing and validating technical solutions to increase paint shop efficiency
• Supporting production departments in analysing root causes of defects and preparing a response plan

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree( technical,engineering field)
• Polish-fluent,English-advanced
• Professional experience on a similar position
• Computer skills: MS Office / knowledge of production systems
• Ability to work in a team
• Self-disciplined and result-oriented
• Very good organisation of work
